How it all started

It was in 2005, when Coach Chanda was enrolling her daughter in a dance class, when Jennifer Owens asked, "are you the Chanda who teaches gymnastics?" This was when Fancy Dancer added tumbling and gymnastics to their programs and the "chapel" side became Florida School of Gymnastics. One year later, Jennifer and Elaine Owens had the addition of a metal building, which is known as Florida School of Gymnastics.

In 2023, Fancy Dancer concluded and now Coach Chanda is the owner of Florida School of Gymnastics.
