Adult Gymnastics Class

Course Overview

Our Adult Gymnastic class is designed to help adults, ages 18 +, work on the gymnastic skills they’ve always wanted to learn while have fun at the same time. No prior experience is needed, while being an expert won’t exclude you either; adults of all levels and abilities will be able to find success. Check the schedule for class times.

Join our fitness-based adult classes! Using gymnastics apparatus and conditioning techniques, you will build strength, endurance, balance, coordination and more in our fun and exciting adult fitness class. Tailored for each participant’s ability, coaches will guide you through conditioning techniques and drills to help you accomplish your fitness goals.

About the class

Our parent-tot classes are designed to focus on the amazing rate of gross motor development. This fun parent-tot adventure is filled with circuits to build trust and confidence, flexibility, coordination, strength, and gymnastics skills, as well as providing appropriate fun and games performed alone and with a parent’s involvement.

Adult participation in class will be apparent. Please keep your child’s safety in mind and only allow your child to play on the equipment laid out by the instructor. If you are unsure of what to do or where you should be please feel free to speak up in class or talk with your instructor.

We hope you thoroughly enjoy your time and participation in our program, and most of all watching your child grow and learn!
