Advanced Gymnastics
Recommended age range 8-16 years
This is our highest level of recreational gymnastics classes offered. To be eligible for this class, children must have attended at least one full year of gymnastics or be evaluated by a Florida School of Gymnastics coach. Children will focus on running tumbling, kips on the bars and cartwheels, handstands and full turns on the balance beam, handstand over vault table onto the mat stack. This level your gymnast will have the skills to be successful on a competition team.
