Handspring Clinic Course Overview:

Our Handspring clinic is great for any athlete wanting to learn how to do a back or front handspring or for any athlete wanting to improve their back or front handspring. During this hour-long clinic, your athlete will work endlessly on different drills that will help enhance his/her handspring. Our coaching staff works hands on to demonstrate and spot your athlete until he/she feels comfortable to do their skills alone. During the clinic, we will work both standing and running back handsprings!
