Intermediate Gymnastics Classes
Intermediate Course Overview:
Recommended age range 8 - 15 years Intermediate Class is for gymnasts who have had experience in gymnastics. Floor skills for this class, not required mastery to attend, would be a handstand, front and back handspring, round-off, back and front walkover. Bar skills, pullover, back hip circle, beginning glide kip, jump to high bar. Beam skills, cross handstand, full turn, cartwheel to handstand dismount. This class takes the foundation that was learned in the beginner level and builds on those skills to help advance to our top recreation class.
